The following principles underpin every interaction between 1winbd and its registered users. These are not exhaustive provisions but represent the spirit in which the full Agreement should be interpreted.
Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 1winbd. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or permitting a minor to use your account, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 1winbd account. Duplicate accounts â whether registered under the same name, device, payment method, email address, or IP address â are prohibited. 1winbd reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void associated wagers and bonuses.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and KYC verification. Submitting false, misleading, or borrowed identity documents is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.
Personal Use Only
Your 1winbd account is strictly for your own personal entertainment use. Commercial use, resale of account access, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, arbitrage betting strategies, and any use that 1winbd determines to be abusive are strictly prohibited.
Responsible Funds
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 1winbd account are from a legitimate source, are your own property, and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 1winbd actively monitors transactions for signs of money laundering and is obligated to report suspicious activity.
Account Security

Account Registration

Accounts that do not complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit request may have their withdrawal rights suspended.
Refusal of Registration
1winbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Common grounds for refusal include but are not limited to: evidence of prior account abuse, submission of fraudulent documents, registration from a restricted region, or any indication that the applicant is under 21 years of age.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1winbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (ā§ŗ). The following table sets out the current transaction limits and processing times applicable to supported payment methods. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your 1winbd account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 1winbd does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction fees. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. 1winbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts and wallets registered in your own name â third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A maximum of three withdrawal requests may be submitted per 24-hour period.

Bonuses & Promotions
1winbd periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general provisions apply.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for 1winbd bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game type â slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% of the stake placed at odds of 1.50 or greater.
Bonus Validity Period
Unless a specific validity period is stated in the individual promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded by 1winbd must be wagered through within 7 calendar days of being credited to your account. Bonuses that remain un-wagered at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonus structures â including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, or using VPN services to circumvent regional restrictions â will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may be reported to financial authorities.
One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The 1winbd welcome bonus is limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Accounts identified as belonging to the same household that have claimed multiple welcome bonuses will have the duplicate claims voided and the associated winnings removed.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 1winbd platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
Random Number Generators

Disconnection Policy

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1winbd platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that interferes with the integrity of a sporting event or game outcome.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity.

- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 1winbd platform, its servers, or any other user's account.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly without reporting them to 1winbd support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1winbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Platform Availability
1winbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, third-party provider outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 1winbd will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
Financial Losses from Gambling
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using 1winbd, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose money placed as wagers. 1winbd accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by registered users. All wagers are placed at your own risk and the Platform's maximum liability in respect of any single bet shall not exceed the stake placed on that bet.
Third-Party Services
1winbd relies on third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) and game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) to deliver parts of its service. 1winbd shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or error caused by a third-party provider's systems or services.
Privacy & Data

Please note that certain data retention obligations required for anti-money-laundering compliance may prevent immediate deletion of transaction records.
Account Closure
Either party may terminate the Account Agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions.
Closure by the User
You may request closure of your 1winbd account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from un-wagered bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Closure by 1winbd
1winbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines â at its sole and absolute discretion â that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, real-money balances may also be forfeited and the matter referred to law enforcement.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Users who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and the user will be unable to create a new account on the 1winbd platform. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them â including non-contractual disputes or claims â shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 1winbd platform's operating jurisdiction. 1winbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally before formal proceedings are initiated.

Language of Agreement
This Agreement has been prepared in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail. The English version of these Terms and Conditions is the authoritative and binding version for all purposes.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
